100gapple purée

80glight brown sugar

1 tspvanilla sugar

1 tspcinnamon

50gcoconut oil
or seed oils

100mlalmond milk
or coconut milk

150gflour

50galmond powder
or hazelnut powder

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspsoda bicarbonate

1 pinchsalt

Instructions
Step 1
🍌 Turn on the oven at 180°C

Step 2
🍌 Mash 2 bananas and put aside

Step 3
🍌 In a big bowl, mix the apple puree the sugars and the cinnamon together


Step 4
🍌 Add the coconut oil, the milk and the banana purée and mix together


Step 5
🍌 Add the remaining dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, salt and almond powder


Step 6
🍌 Poor the mixture in a baking dish

Step 7

🍌 If you want topping:
Spread some coconut flakes on top
Or Light brown sugar for some crunch
Or slice a banana in half for extra moisture
Step 8
🍌 Bake for 40-45 minutes
