Instructions

Step 1
Mix eggs sugar and vanilla extract, lemon juice and zest and thyme. Sift flour and baking powder in and mix. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix. (Do not over mix) Mix in melted butter. Fill Madeleine tray full. Bake at 190 degrees for 10-15mins each. Bake till golden, not golden brown.
