1 Tbspwhite-wine vinegar
1 Tbspwhite miso
1 Tbsplight soy sauce
1garlic clove
minced
1green chilli
finely sliced
1 Tbspfresh ginger
grated
1 Tbspsesame oil
or light olive oil
4cod loins
or other similar fish fillets like haddock, hake, or salmon if you prefer
2pak choi
quartered
200gtenderstem broccoli
4 nestsdried wholewheat noodles
buckwheat or rice
2 tsptoasted sesame seeds
spring onion
chopped, optional

Whisk together the honey, vinegar, miso, soy sauce, garlic, chilli, ginger and oil.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to high. Lay the fish on a baking-paper-lined tray and pour over the marinade. Grill for 8-10 minutes (depending on thickness), or until the fish is cooked through and the glaze is golden and sticky.
Step 4
While the fish is cooking, steam the pak choi and broccoli for 3-4 minutes, or until just tender. If you are using large pak choi, they may need another couple of minutes (you can finish them in a griddle pan if you like). Prepare the noodles as per the packet .
Step 5
Serve the fish, noodles and vegetables scattered with spring onion and sesame seeds (if using).
