Instructions
Step 1
Defrost seafood overnight.
Step 2
Place in a sieve to remove excess water.
Step 3
Spiralize the two Zucchini, spread them on a clean tea towel and sprinkle with salt. Cover with a second tea towel.
Step 4
In a medium sized saucepan melt the butter on a low heat.
Step 5
Add the garlic and fry on a low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the seafood and parsley and cook for a further 5 minutes. Take the seafood out of the pan and set aside.
Step 7
Add the white wein to the pan.
Step 8
Add crumbled stock cube, liquid sweetener and the single cream.
Step 9
Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and set aside.
Step 10
Roll up the zucchini in the tea towels and gently squeeze out the excess water.
Step 11
Fry the zucchini in hot oil for 4-5 minutes, adding salt and pepper.
Step 12
Reheat the cream sauce until hot and add the zucchini.
