Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 140oC

line a 20cm square tin with non-stick baking paper, making sure you leave some paper overhanging the sides
Step 3
melt the butter and honey together in a saucepan
Step 4
toss all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then add to the melted butter and honey, stirring until well combined
Step 5
tip out into the lined tin and spread out evenly, then press down firmly
Step 6
bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and firm
Step 7
allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before using the paper to lift out of the tin
Step 8
cut into bars while still warm
