Step 1
Separate the egg yolk(s)
Step 2
Crush the garlic.
Step 3
For the oil, use more veg. oil than olive oil, which has a stronger flavor.
Step 4
Combine the ingredients except the oil in a container suitable for an immersion blender.
Step 5
While blending with the immersion blender, slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture.
