Ingredients
6 servings
For the meatballs mix together:
1 lbground beef
0.5 lbground pork
1egg
¼ conion
finely chopped
¼ cfresh parsley
finely chopped
½ tspground nutmeg
½ tspallspice
salt
pepper
to season
10.5 ozcan cream of mushroom soup
½ cbroth
chicken or beef
½ chalf & half
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 tspdijon mustard
salt
pepper
to season
Instructions
Step 1
Form small/medium sized meatballs & set on a plate. In a large skillet, heat a few tbsp olive oil or butter over medium heat.
Step 2
Add meatballs & brown 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on your pan size you might have to do two batches! Remove meatballs & set aside on a fresh plate.
Step 3
In a separate large skillet, whisk together all sauce ingredients & let come to a low simmer over medium heat.
Step 4
Add meatballs, stir/simmer together for 10 minutes. Taste & adjust any seasonings. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Step 5
To serve, we love it over mashed potatoes/rice as a main dish OR put in a crockpot to bring as an party appetizer
