Preheat oven to 350 °F, and grease an 8x8-inch pan.

In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter and cocoa powder.

Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Add the dry ingredients; stir vigorously to combine.

Prepare the Glaze

Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat, then add the cocoa powder and milk, stirring to combine. Gradually add the confectioner's sugar, stirring vigorously until the glaze is a smooth, thick but pourable consistency.

Finish the Brownies
Step 7
Slice the cooled brownies into squares, then spoon the glaze over the tops, allowing it to run over the sides as desired. Dust the tops with the cocoa and cinnamon.
