Instructions

Step 1
Take a pan, pour some olive oil in it and the onion. It is not necessary to chop the onion, we are going to remove it later. Wait until the oil is warm.

Pour the tomato sauce in the pan, add some salt, pepper and as much basil as you like. Stir, decrease the heat low and cover the pan. Cook the tomato sauce for about 20 minutes. Add a spoon of water every now and then if it gets too dry.

Step 3
Once the sause is ready, remove the onions and ease down the pork collar. Cook for about 5 minutes each side without the lid on your pan. The cooking time may be different depending on how thick your steak is.

Once the meat is ready, put some sliced mozzarella on top of each steak. Cover the pan so the mozzarella can melt.
