Instructions
Step 1
Wash cauliflower florets well and soak in hot water for 5 min.
Step 2
In a bowl add corn flour, maida, rice flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt mix well.
Step 3
Transfer cauliflower florets to a bowl.
Step 4
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Step 5
Add water, olive oil mix well till gobi is well coated.
Step 6
Marinate the gobi mixture for 20-30 min.
Step 7
Pre heat air fryer at 400 F/200 C for 3 min.
Step 8
Spread oil to the basket.
Step 9
Arrange coated cauliflower pieces. (Do not overcrowd the basket)
Step 10
Cook for 10 min.
Step 11
After 5 min flip the gobi and cook further.
Step 12
Serve hot delicious gobi 65 with tomato ketchup.
