Step 1
Dice garlic and ginger finely.

Tear apart roasted mixed peppers and drain. Marinate torn peppers with diced garlic and ginger, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, chicken powder, let sit for a few minutes.

Carve some butterflies with cucumber for plating. Place marinated peppers on the plate to serve cold.
