Beef marinate
150gbeef marinated

⅛ tspsalt

¼ tsppaprika

¼ tspgarlic powder

black pepper
to taste

1 tspdark soy sauce

½ Tbspcornstarch

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the beef and let it rest while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2
Mince the garlic, ginger, and shallot with a food processor; and sauté them on a pot with the oil. Stir for a few minutes or until fragrant.







Step 3
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce. Keep stirring until the sauce is bubbling.




Step 4
Add the rinsed and drained rice, 2 cups of water, and 1/2 tsp of salt, then mix well.




Step 5
Cut a cross on the tomato and put it in the middle of the pot. Put your favorite vegetables and protein around the tomato. I used carrots, peas, golden corns, sausage, diced ham, and marinaded beef.

Close the pot with lid. To cook over the stove, you have to turn the heat to high and bring the pot to a simmer, then turn the heat to low and let it cook for 20 minutes.


Step 7
Remove the tomato skin and mix everything thoroughly.
