Step 1
Choose 1/2 cup of each vegetable depending on how much salad you want to make. Chop or place veggie in food processor. Place veggies in a large storage container. Combine dressing ingredients until blended. Toss chopped veggies nuts and seeds in dressing and refrigerate. Optional: add 1/2 avocado when eating a serving.
