Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Line pan with tinfoil and pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Place fish in oiled tinfoil pan
Step 4
Add seasoning and then Parmesan to fish
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes at 4:25
Step 6
Once easily broken apart by fork, pull out of oven and drizzle garlic sauce on top
Step 7
Voilà, ready to serve with your favorite side dishes
