Step 1
To make dough, mix lukewarm water, sugar, yeast, and flour in a bowl.
Step 2
Add egg and oil and mix well.
Step 3
Then add extra flour half a cup at a time.
Step 4
Let dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
After about 15 minutes start to brown your ground beef, add salt and pepper. Drain sauerkraut then add to beef.
Step 6
Once dough has rested for about 30 minutes, knead it. Then roll round dough balls flat with flour. Fill dough with Sauerkraut and meat mixture.
Step 7
Bake on pan at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn pan and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
