Step 1
place six turkey slices on plate. two slices per "taco"
Step 2
add 1 slice avocado on each portion
Step 3
add cheese either cubed or sliced to each taco
Step 4
add 1 thin slice red onion, break apart and place on each taco
Step 5
slice cherry tomatoes in half, place on each taco
Step 6
thin slices of apple, cut in half, apply to each taco
Step 7
add microgreens to each taco
Step 8
add grapes to each taco
Step 9
drizzle olive oil to each taco
