Instructions

Step 1
Clean your boneless beef ribs. Next pat dry and season your ribs with Auntie’s BBQ seasoning and your brown sugar on both sides. Next place your ribs in your instant pot with 3 tablespoons of vinegar and your chicken stock, half of your onions, and garlic. Cook on pressure cooker setting for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Next to a griddle add your hamburger season on both sides with Auntie’s BBQ seasoning. Cooking for about 8-10 minutes flipping about 3-4 times and add cheese. Add your sliced sausages to the grill as well. Now at this time add your coleslaw mix to a bowl, add your salt and pepper, Mayo, sour cream and your white sugar, remaining vinegar, and celery seeds, and onions and mix.
Step 3
Now remove your beef ribs and discard or save your broth. With two forks, shred the meat and return the shredded meat back to the Instant Pot Add 2 cups of the BBQ and cook for an additional 8 minutes of pressure cooker setting.
Step 4
Next toast your buns. Add a little Mayo on both sides. Add your burger, next pulled beef, beef sausages, last coleslaw top your sammich with your bun and Enjoy!!!!!
