Crumble
175gbutter
1 cupdesiccated coconut
1 cuprolled oats
¾ cupground almonds
½ cupbrown sugar
½ cupplain flour

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170C regular bake. Grease a large pie or baking dish (about 30cm in diameter)
Step 2
To make crumble, use your fingers or a pastry cutter to scrunch and mix all the ingredients into a coarse, well-combined crumb.
Step 3
Place the fruit in your largest mixing bowl. Combine the sugar and custard powder in a smaller bowl, add this mixture to the fruit along with the vanilla and cinnamon, and toss to combine. Arrange the fruit mixture in the bottom of the dish in an even layer. Sprinkle the crumble on top.
Step 4
Bake uncovered for about an hour- you should see the fruit bubbling seductively around the edges of the dish and the crumble will be golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with ice cream, custard or whipped cream- or a mixture of all three.
