Instructions
Step 1
Mix together 200g of yoghurt and 200g flour.
Firm up into a ball.
Cover with cling film and leave to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, sprinkle some flour onto your clean surface.
Roll the dough onto the surface and knead for 2-3 minutes. Split into 5 balls with a knife. Roll out each ball as flat as possible with a floured rolling pin, they don’t need to be a perfect circular shape. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and when it’s really hot, add your first flat bread. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side, using tongs to flip. You may want to keep checking to make sure it doesn’t burn. The flat bread will start to puff up and grow air bubbles. Keep cooking your bread and then once it’s ready, you can serve with your dish of choice, or drizzle over some garlic butter.
