Instructions
Step 1
Slice tomatoes in half and grate them into a medium bowl using the course holes of a box grater.
Step 2
Over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic to a large frying pan and saute garlic until brown.
Step 3
Remove garlic from the pan and set aside. Place bread slices in pan. Fry until toasted and crispy on one side. Remove from the pan.
Step 4
Place toast slices on a dish or prep surface. Spoon on tomate puree. Top with a dash of salt, toasted garlic pieces and basil.
Step 5
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
