Instructions
Step 1
🍫 Turn the oven on at 160°C.
Step 2
🍫 In a pan, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.
Step 3
🍫 Mix in a separate bowl the cornstarch with the water. Then, add the sugars and the vanilla extract.
Step 4
🍫 Get a bowl ready with the flour. Pour the wet mixture onto the flour and stir well. Then, add the melted chocolate. Stir gently and add 3/4 of the chocolate chips.
Step 5
🍫 Leave the dough cool down in the fridge for 5-10mn so it's easier to manipulate. With a tablespoon, form tiny bowls on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Make sure to leave space as it melts and spreads when cooking.
Step 6
🍫 Cook at 160 °C for about 10 min. As soon as you take the cookies out, add the remaining chocolate chips on top. Don't wait too long as it settles quickly.
Step 7
🍫 Wait for the cookies to cool down before manipulating and eating then. Enjoy!
