Instructions

Step 1
๐Ÿซ Turn the oven on at 160ยฐC.
Step 2
๐Ÿซ In a pan, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.
Step 3
๐Ÿซ Mix in a separate bowl the cornstarch with the water. Then, add the sugars and the vanilla extract.
Step 4
๐Ÿซ Get a bowl ready with the flour. Pour the wet mixture onto the flour and stir well. Then, add the melted chocolate. Stir gently and add 3/4 of the chocolate chips.
Step 5
๐Ÿซ Leave the dough cool down in the fridge for 5-10mn so it's easier to manipulate. With a tablespoon, form tiny bowls on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Make sure to leave space as it melts and spreads when cooking.
Step 6
๐Ÿซ Cook at 160 ยฐC for about 10 min. As soon as you take the cookies out, add the remaining chocolate chips on top. Don't wait too long as it settles quickly.
Step 7
๐Ÿซ Wait for the cookies to cool down before manipulating and eating then. Enjoy!
