Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat up a cooking pan on the stove. While its heating, lay the chicken between layers of parchment paper and pound the chicken to about 1/2 inch thickness.

2. Season each piece of chicken in olive oil and Italian seasoning. Add olive oil to the pan and cook each side evenly. Put cooked pieces on baking pan.

3. Once all pieces are in the pan, bake for about 10-15 minutes making sure the center is cooked through.

4. Add 2 cups of water to the pan that the chicken was cooked in. Bring to a boil and add/stir the chicken bouillon to make your chicken broth.

5. While thats sitting, juice the lemons into a small bowl/cup. Add the lemon juice to chicken broth to flavor to taste.

6. In a separate cup, mix a 1/4 cup of cold water with 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch. While stirring, slowly add to the boiling broth to thicken.
Step 7
7. Remove chicken from stove, place on a plate and pour lemon sauce on top. Serve with desired sides. Goes well with pasta and steamed broccoli or zucchini noodles.
