Quick and delicious steak made in a cast iron skillet.. can’t beat that! We usually use sirloin, t-bone, or rib steaks.

Instructions
Step 1
Thaw steaks out and let rest to room temperature. Pat dry.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat - closer to high.
Step 3
Drizzle oil into skillet and once it’s hot, add garlic until aromatic.
Step 4
Season steaks and add to hot skillet to sear on both sides.
Step 5
Flip somewhat frequently, using a spoon to drizzle oil from the pan over the steaks as you cook.
Step 6
Cook steaks to preferred doneness. We like them rare so I cook until 130-135° and then let them rest for 5-10 minutes, covered with foil to stay warm.
