Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350°.
In a medium to large ovenproof skillet, sauté onions & garlic in oil until transparent and fragrant.

Add zucchini, a dash of salt, & parmesan. Cook until zucchini is soft.

Add in turkey sausage, cook until warmed through. I used precooked Jimmy Dean turkey sausage for speed.

Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cook until spinach is slightly wilted.

Whisk together eggs, Go to Garlic Salt, basil, & Miracle Whip until fully incorporated. Step 6
Add egg mixture to skillet with meat and veggies and stir to combine until eggs just begin to thicken. Smooth out the top of the mixture and move to pre heated oven. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until eggs are cooked through.
