Instructions
Step 1
1. Prep your instant pot and set it to Sauté on high.
Step 2
2. Dice the onion and garlic first and add it to the instant pot.
Step 3
3. Peel and dice the apples. Keep an eye on the pot and stir occasionally.
Step 4
4. Once the onion has softened and started to brown, add the rest of the ingredients. (Except the water and coconut milk)
Step 5
5. Stir and make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom, then add enough water to barely cover all the ingredients.
Step 6
6. Turn the instant pot on to Pressure Cook and set the timer to 40 mins. Or you can set it on Slow Cook and have it run as long as you'd like 3hrs+.
Step 7
7. Slow release the pressure, blend, and add the coconut milk. Season with salt to taste.
