Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 4x8in loaf pan
Step 2
mash bananas with a fork until smooth, stir in melted butter
Step 3
mix in baking soda and salt
Step 4
stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract
Step 5
mix in the flour by 1/2 c at a time
Step 6
bake 50 min to 1 hr (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
Step 7
remove from the oven and let cool in pan for a few min
Step 8
remove from pan and let it cool completely
