Instructions
Step 1
- Prepare 100g of each ingredient
Step 2
- Wash, cut and soak the cabbage in water with baking powder to remove agricultural chemicals, rinse after 10min
Step 3
- Wash and chop broccoli, tomato, and carrot
Step 4
- Put cabbage, broccoli, carrot, and tomato in one pot, add 800ml of water and boil
Step 5
- Keep boiling for 15-20 min when it comes to boil
Step 6
- Cool the boiled pot for 30 min (do not remove vegetable water! It contains water-soluble vitamins!)
Step 7
- Cut banana and apple
Step 8
- Put all in blender with boiled vegetable water and grind it
