Delicious baked oatmeal based on this recipe from melaniecooks.com, but modified significantly by me.
I added an extra cup of milk, cut the sugar and butter in half, added some nonfat greek yogurt, bananas, pb powder, pecans, and mini chocolate chips. final recipe has about 326 calories per serving. yum!

Instructions
Step 1
Mash bananas, add to eggs and beat. Add sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and pb powder. blend well.
Step 2
Add greek yogurt, whisk well to combine.
Step 3
Melt butter in 2c measuring cup in microwave. Fill with milk to 2c measuring line and add to mixture. Add 1 additional cup of milk.
Step 4
Add oats and flaxseed. Stir and combine. Add pecans, mini chocolate chips.
Step 5
Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 45-50 minutes in preheated 350F oven.
