Ingredients

1 ½ cupsbananas
ripe mashed

1egg
large

¼ cupnatural peanut butter

¼ cupbrown sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

½ tspsalt

1 tspbaking powder

½ tspcinnamon

⅓ cupunsweetened cocoa powder

2 cupswhole milk

3 cupsold fashioned rolled oats

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2
Mash the bananas well, then place them in a large mixing bowl along with the egg, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Whisk until the mixture is mostly smooth.


Step 3
Add the milk to the chocolate banana mixture and add the dry rolled oats. Stir until combined.
Step 4
Pour the oats mixture into a 2-3 quart casserole dish coated with non-stick spray. Drizzle the remaining 2 Tbsp peanut butter over the oats. Bake the oats in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
