Instructions

Step 1
1. Brown beef with olive oil, minced garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
2. Chop cauliflower and add to beef. Cover and stir every few minutes until tender.
Step 3
3. Turn heat to low and add sauce for a few minutes.
Step 4
4. Eat with parmesan!
