Instructions
Step 1
Mix the cream with the sugar and wheat starch
Step 2
Cook for 10 minutes slow temperature and stir
Step 3
when is cool down put in a glass
Step 4
put any sauce you like it , I made a forest fruit sauce with some frozen fruits at low temperature for 5 minutes with a spoon of wheat starch and one large spoon of water
Step 5
cut some pistacchios
Step 6
Put a layer or forest fruits on top of the panna cotta and finish with the pistacchio
Step 7
You can put in the fridge or eat straight away.
