Instructions
Step 1
Chop the potatoes into cubes and the mushrooms into thin slices. In a pan, add the olive oil and let heat on medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped potatoes to the pan and let cook for about 15 minutes tossing often.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms to the pan, followed by the salt, pepper, rosemary and chilli flakes. After 2-3 minutes of cooking, add the chopped garlic clove.
Step 4
Let it cook for another 5 minutes or until everything is cooked through. Chop the parsley and plate with the parsley, some chopped pickled onions and crumble the taleggio on top. Enjoy! Simple and delicious
