After the Boil Crawfish Hash
This the absolute best thing to do with that left over crawfish 🦞 and fixings. This AFTER THE BOIL HASH is the perfect thing to cure that day-after hangover. Potatoes crisped up golden brown in butter. Sausage, corn, mushrooms and crawfish tails sautéed into the mix. Top this with a sharp cheddar cheese and some sunny side up eggs this makes the perfect southern brunch!!! Enjoy with mimosas and put those leftovers to best use!!!
