Tomato sauce
Step 1
Chop the basil.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.
Eggplant
Step 3
Slice the eggplant into 1cm thick pieces. Slice the mozzarella as well.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the eggplants and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 3-4min. Then flip.

Reduce the heat to medium. Spread the tomato sauce on each eggplant slice. Then place a mozzarella slice on each eggplant slice. Put on a lid and let melt for another 3min.
Basil mayonnaise
Step 6
Chop the basil and mix with the mayonnaise.
Wrap
Step 7
Chop the walnuts.
Step 8
Spread the front center of the wrap with the basil mayonnaise.
Step 9
Sprinkle on the walnuts and top it with the arugula and eggplants.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
