Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large non-stick frypan over medium heat. Cook tortillas for 1 minute until warmed. Remove tortillas and cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Add oil and chicken to the frypan, sprinkle with paprika and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat chicken and toast spices.
Step 3
Mash avocado and season with salt. To assemble tacos, fill tortillas with lettuce, add chicken and squeeze over lime juice, then top with avocado and fresh coriander.
