Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°F
Step 2
Add bag of veggies to pot and cook on high until soft and fragrant
Step 3
Season to taste with salt and thyme (optional: blend veggies with food processor)

Add cheese slowly and stir until melted
Step 5
Strip beef lunch meat and add to pot, stirring thoroughly
Step 6
Spoon mix onto 14 slices of French bread and bake for 5 minutes
Step 7
Remove from oven and top with another slice of bread before baking another 5 minutes (or until bread is toasted as desired)
