Pork & Parmesan Patties with Rosemary Gravy

Ingredients

For patties
454gground pork
2 tsprosemary
finely chopped
3cloves garlic
pressed
¼ cupitalian breadcrumbs
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
For gravy
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine pork, rosemary, garlic, breadcrumbs, and parmesan. Season with pepper.
Step 2
Divide pork mixture into 16 equal portions. Roll them into balls, then flatten them into 1/2-inch thick patties.
Step 3
Heat a dry large non-stick pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add the patties. Cook until golden-brown, 3-5 min per side. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Step 4
Add 1 tsp oil, the onions and remaining rosemary to the same pan. Cook on medium-high until the onions soften, 2-3 min.
Step 5
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and sprinkle over flour. Stir together until a thick paste forms.
Step 6
Sprinkle over broth concentrate, and whisk in water. Cook, stirring often, until gravy thickens, 2-3 min.
Step 7
Serve 4 patties per plate, topped with gravy.
