Alfredo Sauce
1 x 13.5 ozcan full-fat coconut milk
1 tspfresh garlic
grated
1 tspfine sea salt
¼ tspground pepper
1 Tbspwater
2 tsparrowroot powder

Instructions
Alfredo Sauce
Step 1
Heat coconut milk in small saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
Step 2
Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, whisk together water and arrowroot in a small bowl and then stir into sauce.
Step 4
Reduce heat to low and stir until it thickens, about 3-5 minutes, then set aside.
Pan Seared Chicken
Step 5
Place chicken breasts in an unheated large pan, ensuring they don't touch.
Step 6
Season top side generously with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic.
Step 7
Turn heat up to medium high and cook uncovered until underside is golden.
Step 8
Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and continue cooking until fuuly cooked (about 10-12 min).
Step 9
When cooked, remove from pan, sprinkle with sea salt and slice into strips.
Broth Noodles
Step 10
Heat bone broth in large pot until it reaches a boil.
Step 11
Stir in pasta slowly until it has softened and mostly submerged in the broth. It won't be fully covered.
Step 12
Cover pot with a tight fitting lid and cook for 12-14 mins until pasta is tender and done to your liking. You want the pasta to absorb all the bone broth.
Step 13
Season with salt and pepper.
To Finish

Gently toss the warm Alfredo sauce with the warm pasta in the pot.
Step 15
Transfer to individual serving bowls and top with sliced pan-seared chicken and fresh minced parsley or basil.
