Instructions
Step 1
Begin by slicing 1/2 a cucumber into strips.

Step 2
Next, slice 1/2 an avocado into thin slices.

Step 3
Separate your crabsticks with your fingers or with a help of a fork.

Step 4
Dip your rice paper into warm water for 15 seconds on each side. Then, lay it flat. Add crabsticks, 2 avo slices and few cucumber strips. Fold and roll it gently. Repeat!




Step 5
Make your dipping sauce. Mix together 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp sriracha and 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlic.
