Instructions
Step 1
Put the heart of palm into a blender or food processor and blend. You want the heart of palm to become one whole mixture but don’t over blend.
Step 2
Pour the mix into a bowl and add in the vegan mayo, Sriracha, sesame oil, and paprika. Mix all the ingredients together and then cool in the fridge or serve right away. (If you would like it to be spicier just add in more Sriracha and paprika.)
Step 3
Serve with avocado and/or chives and enjoy!
