Instructions
Step 1
1. Wash and shave the potatoes.
2. Finely grate potatoes and onion. Beat in the egg, add flour, season with salt and mix.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add a spoonful of batter to the pan for each pancake. Fry on both sides until nicely browned.
