Instructions

Step 1
Warm the milk Slightly ( not hot or that will kill the yeast) then add it to a large bowl with the sugar yeast and egg and stir all together or use a whisk . Let it stand for 5 minutes

Step 2
Use a sieve to sift the flour and salt then stir it all into the yeast mixture until combined . Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel then let the dough double in size in a warm place ( about an hour )

Step 3
Put some oil in a pan on medium low heat then take big table spoons of the mixture carefully and put them in the pan and cover for 1-2 minutes . Flip and cook about 40 seconds . Enjoy served with honey powder sugar or whatever you like
