Step 1
Melt coconut oil in pan with flour. Combine over medium heat and gradually add milk to make a white sauce. Stir continually until it thickens.
Step 2
Cube tofu until small, bite-sized pieces. Brown in a skillet, sprinkling with 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Step 3
Add tofu, remaining seasonings, and cheeses to white sauce while over medium heat, mix throughly until well combined. Meanwhile cook pasta.
