Preheat oven to 204°c
Step 2
Crust fillets in panko mixture
Step 3
Fry in butter. 2 min per side
Step 4
Bake in oven 15 min in casserole dish
For the crust

pulse pecans, panko and parsley in food processor with s&p to taste
For the marinade
Step 6
Mix all ingredients but cornstarch.
Step 7
Marinate fillets for as long as possible. Preferably overnight.
For glaze
Step 8
Add marinade with cornstarch to buttered skillet
Step 9
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer until slightly thickened, 3-4 min
Step 10
Pour over fillets and serve
