2 poundsshrimp
jumbo, peeled and deveined
1lemon juiced
¼ cupflat-leaf parsley
chopped
1 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
6 clovesgarlic
crushed and peeled
1 teaspoonCoarse salt

2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
¼ cupextra-virgin olive oil
8 clovesgarlic
large, crushed and minced
1 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
¼ cupflat leaf parsley
finely chopped
Coarse salt
I used Alaska Pure Sea Salt Smoked Adler
1 poundspaghetti
cooked to al dente
Instructions
Step 1
Combine shrimp with lemon, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic, 2 tblespn oil and toss to coat shrimp evenly.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add the shrimp. Cook shrimp 3 minutes until pink and just firm. Remove shrimp keep warm.
Step 3
Return skillet to heat and reduce heat to medium low. Add 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil. Add garlic, pepper flakes and parsely to oil.
Step 4
Toss pasta in the pan with parsley and the garlic oil, then season with a little coarse salt, to taste. Top servings of garlic and oil spaghetti with spicy shrimp.
