Instructions

Step 1
Cook fries according to instructions.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet.
Step 3
While the oil is heating up, whisk eggs in a bowl. Put a layer of flour on one plate, and on another plate mix together the bread crumbs, panko, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme.
Step 4
Pat the fish dry. Coat the fish in flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat well in the bread crumb mixture.
Step 5
Fry in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until the fish is cooked through and breading is brown.
Step 6
Serve with tartar sauce and fries, and enjoy!
