Instructions
Making the meatballs
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl add:

Ground Pork
Step 3
Egg
Step 4
Shallots
Step 5
Garlic
Step 6
Salt
Step 7
Black Pepper
Step 8
Sugar
Step 9
Mix well, form into meatballs then set aside
Meatballs sauce
Step 10
In a saucepan, on medium high heat add:

Cooking oil or Annatto Oil
Step 12
Sauté Onion & Garlic until fragrant
Step 13
Tomatoes, stir
Step 14
Annatto powder or Paprika if not using (skip if using Annatto Oil)
Step 15
Add seasoning liquid mix
Step 16
Let it simmer, cover with lid, turn heat to medium low and continue cooking for about 10 minutes
Step 17
Remove lid
Step 18
Continue simmering for another 5 minutes
Step 19
While simmering, add Cornstarch slurry
Step 20
Stir immediately
Step 21
Adjust seasoning if needed
Step 22
Enjoy with hot baguettes!
