Easy recipe of delicious apple pancakes!
To make it even more tastier I recommend to add different kind of apples, it will add more richness.
But no matter what type of apples you choose it’ll be delicious!

Step 1
1. Mix 2 eggs together with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk it all nicely

2. Add milk and olive oil, mix it together

3. Add flour and baking powder, mix it together and the dough is ready. You can also add cinnamon (goes very well with apples), or any kind of spice you like.

4. Wash the apples, peel and grate it. Add to the dough.
Step 5
5. Heat big frying pan with a little bit of olive (or coconut) oil. Bake the pancakes. Serve with syrups, fruits etc. or just like that, it’s tasty anyways!
