Instructions

Step 1
Slice the whole wheat bagel in half and place in toaster
Step 2
scramble the eggs on low heat with a tsp of butter and season well
Step 3
spread the full-fat cheese on the inside of the toasted bagel
Step 4
top the bagel with the warm scrambled eggs
Step 5
layer the smoked salmon over the eggs and garnish with the raw (or cooked) spinach
Step 6
Season to taste
