Smoked Salmon and Burrata on Toast with Capers

Instructions
Step 1
Toast the bread on both sides under a hot grill
Step 2
Tear the burrata over the toast slices. Season with a good crack of black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add the salmon and squeeze over some lemon juice
Step 4
Sprinkle over the capers
Step 5
Finish off by adding watercress and a drizzle of oil. Enjoy 😊
